Instituto Mazatlán Bellas Artes de Sacramento
Instituto Mazatlán Bellas Artes de Sacramento (IMBA) has produced
many events since it’s founding in 1994, including county fairs all over the state of California. IMBA has performed
with major artists in the mariachi music world, was invited to perform at the Festival de
Folklore in Veracruz, and won the international folkloric dance competition Escencia
de Mexico in Los Angeles co-hosted by the acclaimed Academy of Dance Amalia Hernandez. In 2005 they were honored to
represent Mexican culture in Beijing's International Cultural Tourism Festival.
