As the City of Elk Grove expands, residents have identified a growing need
for cultural activities. Community members and organizations throughout Elk Grove express a desire for more Fine Arts.
This need is being addressed as the Elk Grove and Franklin friends of
the Library, the American Authors Association, the Elk Grove Artists, and the Cosumnes Community Services District have formed
a committee and are partnering to bring a Fine Arts Festival to Elk Grove.

The Fine Arts Festival Committee will promote the recognition, awareness,
and enjoyment of Fine Arts. It is dedicating its efforts to highlighting and bringing performing, visual and literary arts
to the city of Elk Grove.
This year we are featuring:

- Jeff Edwards, Author
- Robin Burcell, Author

| Mike Herrera will host the Festival |
Tim Herrera
is a nationally recognized family writer, humorist, public
speaker and father of four children. He is the author of four collections of
warm and amusing family essays.
His
work has been featured by dozens of publications including the New York Times Syndicate, Parenting Humor and
The Family Digest to name a few.
